Meltech successfully mentors our former joint venture partner, Signature Renovations, thru their transition out of the 8(a) program. Meltech entered into a joint venture with Signature Renovations at the tail end of the tenure in the 8(a) program.

Our joint venture partner has since graduated from the 8(a) program and has begun competing in the small business contracting world. Meltech has continued to informally mentor Signature Renovations thru their evolution

. Meltech currently performs turnkey construction services to our former joint venture partner for construction projects awarded thru our esteemed clients at US Army Fort Belvoir in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
