In order to have the best services, we need to have the best employees. In part, this comes from hiring the right people. Another part is providing our employees with appropriate orientation and training that they will need to keep their skills sharp.

For this reason, we have developed an orientation program for new employees to acclimate to the Meltech culture. On the employee's first week, he or she takes part in a full week of activities meant to encourage a sense of being part of the Meltech team. New employees get acquainted with the functions of various departments, have lunch with management, get an overview of project operations, receive a safety briefing, and are taught how to use Meltech's internal system.

We take pride in working hard, but we also take pride in finding ways to improve the company through the company newsletter, social events, Meltech's family picnic each summer, the annual holiday party, and other activities.
