Put simply, Meltech provides a full complement of construction services to meet clients' needs including preconstruction, general contracting, self-performance of key trades, design/build, and turnkey capabilities.

We perform under multiple contract types and delivery methods depending on our clients' requirements and preferences. These include lump sum, guaranteed maximum price, and negotiated procurement.

Meltech provides expertise with many specialized divisions and/or teaming partners. These can be called in as needed for technical consultation on interiors or heavy construction projects, or to provide services relating to such disciplines as technology and financing. We can provide budgeting and scheduling expertise or self-performed services related to electrical or craftsmanship for tenant refit/renovation trades.

From initial planning through final completion, every one of our professionals or teaming partners, in addition to our field personnel and tradespersons, work toward a single goal – satisfying our clients' needs.
